AceShowbiz - 50 Cent will do anything to promote his show, even by trolling one of its lead actors. The "In Da Club" hitmaker used Lil Meech's gun possession arrest to promote "BMF" season 2, which will premiere in January 2023.
On Tuesday, December 13, Fif share a screenshot of an article of Meech's arrest alongside his mugshot. Noting the life-imitating-art irony of the situation, the rapper wrote in the caption, "what the fvck ! LIL Meech didn't hear them say cut. BMF returns Jan 6 Black mafia Fridays. #bransoncognac #lecheminduroi."
Fans also joined in the fun, with one commenting, "He taking this bmf role a little too serious." Another opined, "Y'all just now realizing BMF a reality tv show. Lil Meech really bout that life." Someone else praised 50 Cent by writing, "The way 50 uses his actors real life issues & beefs to promote this show is genius."

The outlet further reported that though the gun was not loaded, police found a 15-round magazine. Meech was booked into the Broward County Jail but he didn't spend a long time in prison since he was let go after posting a $2,500 bond.
This was not the first time 50 Cent made fun of Meech. Back in January, he shared a video of Meech's fan who complained that the actor "musty." The female fan also claimed that the 22-year-old star "smelled like onions" during a club appearance.
In the caption, 50 Cent jokingly penned, "@llimeechbmf getting so fly the hating is starting. [laughing emoji]. she said you smelled like a bag of onion's LMAO." The "Power" star added, "Nah dat's Creed baby the gold bottle. LOL."
