AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian got trolled even for sharing a New Year celebration post. A little over a week after welcoming 2020, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star shared a skimpy snap of herself to wish fans a Happy New Year, and soon found herself being ridiculed online.
The trolling was sparked by the 39-year-old's Instagram post that saw her showing off her curves in her nude-colored SKIMS underwear. Along with the sexy photo, she wrote, "A little late but Happy New Year." Instead of getting positive reactions, she was met with negative replies for her belated greetings.
One of her social media followers retorted, "Half the worlds ending and u barely on that HNY bruh." Another one sarcastically commented, "Yep.... it get it, you have so much going on that you forgot to get dress before posting a belated happy new year." A third one mentioned, "Kim you're very late."
Fans weren't the only one questioning her belated New Year wish. Paper Magazine has also playfully taken a jab at the post shared by the wife of Kanye West. In the comment section, the publication pointed out, "A little late GIRL ITS THE 8TH LMAO."
Others, on the other hand, took issues with the choice of her photo. One commented, "Please put some clothes on." Two others warned her with comment that read, "Stop showing your body I think we all have seen it by now!" and "Ur kids will be ashamed of you." A fourth mentioned, "I thought we were over with those ridiculous underwear pictures. But not..."
Not all comments were cynical though. A slew of Kim's followers have come to appreciate her belated wish and praise her beauty. "SAME TO YOU WITH YOUR FINE SELF", "OKKK! happy ny indeed!" and "How do you have a flawless body after two pregnancies? Wow" were some of the positive comments flooding her post.
Kim's skimpy post might come as a surprise to many of her fans since months earlier, she claimed she will dress less revealing in 2020. In an interview with New York magazine, she explained, "I have kind of had this awakening myself. I realized I could not even scroll through Instagram in front of my kids without full nudity coming up on my feed pretty much all the time. And I definitely contributed to that."
