The former 'Selling Sunset' star alleges that her estranged husband is 'hiding out' at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills and evading service of a restraining order.

AceShowbiz - "Selling Sunset" alum Christine Quinn is accusing her estranged husband, Christian Richard, of "hiding out" at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills to avoid being served a temporary restraining order (TRO).

According to legal documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Quinn alleges that Richard has been evading her repeated attempts to serve him the TRO by allegedly checking into the luxurious hotel under a fake name.

Quinn believes Richard has paid the hotel staff to conceal his whereabouts and has ample financial resources to continue hiding indefinitely. She claims that since the TRO was not served upon Richard, he has been able to "violate it repeatedly with no consequence."

Quinn has requested the court to allow her to serve Richard via alternative methods, such as first-class mail to his attorney. However, her request has since been denied, according to court records.

In response to Quinn's filing, Richard's lawyer, Alexandra Kazarian, has denied the allegations, calling them "unhinged and unfounded." She claims that Richard is not "locked" inside a Four Seasons hotel room, has not wiretapped Quinn's hotel rooms, and has not sent anyone to surveil her.

The ongoing legal battle between Quinn and Richard stems from an alleged domestic dispute that occurred in March. Quinn claims that during an argument, Richard threw a bag of glass at her, which missed her but hit their three-year-old son. Richard was subsequently arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. He has filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences."

Quinn remains concerned for her safety and the well-being of her son. She alleges that an attorney representing Richard has physically blocked her from entering her home in violation of the TRO.
