The Bad Boy Records founder was left devastated when the model and mother to three of his children, passed away unexpectedly of pneumonia at her Los Angeles home in November 2018, and on Thursday, November 14, he took to Instagram to share a broken heart emoji with the caption "KP."
The former couple dated on and off from 1994 to 2007, but Diddy and Kim remained close until her death.
