AceShowbiz - Queen Elizabeth II had an unwelcome visitor at Buckingham Palace as she slept on Wednesday morning (July 10).
An unarmed 22-year-old man scaled the gates at the royal residence in London and spent over four minutes wandering around before he was apprehended by police and arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
The authorities have determined the incident was not linked to any terrorist act.
The break-in comes 37 years after the most famous Buckingham Palace intruder, Michael Fagan, actually managed to gain access to the Queen in her chambers. He spent 10 minutes chatting to the royal before he was arrested.
