AceShowbiz - CMA Awards triple winner Chris Stapleton is to lead tributes to Dolly Parton at next year's (19) MusiCares Person of the Year gala.
The singer/songwriter, who was the toast of Nashville, Tennessee last week, November 14, will join Norah Jones, Shawn Mendes, Pink, and Mark Ronson among the first round of performers named for the big bash.

Parton, the first country star to be honoured by MusiCares, will also hit the stage for the Grammy Awards week bash on 8 February (19).

Proceeds from the annual tribute will benefit the MusiCares charity founded by the Recording Academy to support music-associated individuals in times of financial, medical and personal need.
