Watch: Kim Kardashian Almost Fights Tristan Thompson in Khloe's Delivery Room

In a new sneak peek of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians', the makeup mogul is seen making a gesture about slitting his throat behind his back.

AceShowbiz - The question everyone has been dying to know has finally been answered. When news of Tristan Thompson's cheating first broke, rumors were going around saying that he wasn't allowed to enter the delivery room to support Khloe Kardashian. However, the new sneak peak of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" showed otherwise.

The clip showed Kim Kardashian rushing to Cleveland, Ohio to be there for Khloe when she gave birth. The makeup mogul was thrilled to learn that she makes it in time, but things took an awkward turn when they saw Tristan sitting beside his girlfriend. At the time, his cheating scandal was still running rampage on the internet.

Kourtney Kardashian and Malika Haqq were also there, but they decided to ignore the basketball star who was holding hands with Khloe. At one point, Kim even jokingly made a gesture about slitting his throat behind his back. Neither Tristan nor Khloe saw what she was doing fortunately.

Noticing the awkward atmosphere in the room, Khloe asked the wife of Kanye West, "Are you going to say hi to each other or no?" In an attempt to keep the peace, they then exchanged a less than an enthusiastic hug. Kris Jenner even broke out into dance to help keep the energy in the room up.

"The vibe in the room is calm, I thought there would be way more tension," Kim said in confessional. "As much as I want to go off, I just don't think it's the time. So I'm gonna keep it cute. I don't have to have a lot of interaction. I just have to be there for her."

Khloe previously weighed in on the cheating episode on Instagram, sharing that it was indeed "an uncomfortable and super emotional one for me." She added, "To relive these moments all over again is incredibly difficult emotionally but I also hope that with every trail, tribulation and curve ball life throws at us, that we ALL get to learn from our journeys."
