AceShowbiz - Man who is accused of stalking Kendall Jenner can only breathe fresh air for a short time before he goes back to jail. Police re-arrested John Ford on Thursday morning, October 18 for criminal trespass and violating a restraining order, with officials setting bail at $30,000, according to TMZ. He was the same man who was arrested last month after breaking into her property.
Ford was not on or even near Jenner's property during his apprehension. He is now reportedly slated for an arraignment and can be released on his own recognizance ahead of a potential trial. Meanwhile, her legal team is now seeking to obtain a civil restraining order against Ford.
37-year-old Ford was first arrested on Tuesday when he was caught trespassing on the property of the model and reality star, breaking into the gated community where she resides by scaling the mountainside in the back of the complex. When police found him, he was sitting on her front porch.
He was then immediately brought to a 5150 psychiatric hold. But because the Canadian man had no insurance, he was transported to Los Angeles County Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. He actually could have been held for up to 72 hours, but he was released on the next day after psychiatrist determined he was mentally stable.
Jenner has broken her silence on the report, blaming TMZ for letting the world know where she lives. "and how do you guys think these terrifying people know where my house is?" the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star wrote on Twitter. "cuz you release not only photos but my location. it is so beyond unsafe. is this not our one ounce of privacy we can get???"
She added in another tweet, "I understand what I've signed up for but when you release the exact location to where I live THAT is when you're putting my life in danger. Your home is your safe haven, but for me, cuz of outlets like you, my home is anything BUT. you should be ashamed of yourself."
