Emeline Grier Miller passed away at an Orange County, California hospital on Monday, June 11 after she was found floating in a pool at a neighbour's party.
Bode and his wife, Morgan, were at the bash when their little girl fell in the pool.
Sources tell TMZ, paramedics were not able to resuscitate her before taking her to the hospital.
A statement from her parents reads: "We are beyond devastated. Never in a million years did we think we would experience a pain like this. Her love, her light, her spirit will never be forgotten. Our little girl loved life and lived it to its fullest everyday."
Emeline was Bode's youngest of four children.
