AceShowbiz - Justin Timberlake has made amends for once poking fun at the size of Mandy Moore's feet.
The actress and singer was humiliated by the pop superstar when he made mention of her "big feet" when she toured with his band 'NSYNC early in their careers.
Moore relived the experience during a radio interview with SiriusXM's Howard Stern on Wednesday, June 06, recalling, "I had backup dancers and they ('NSYNC) had backup dancers and everyone was sort of gathered backstage and they were talking about feet or dancing or something, and somehow the conversation stopped and (Timberlake) looked down at my feet and was like, 'Oh, you've got big feet for a girl'."
Mandy, who was crushing on Timberlake at the time, laughed off the comment, but admits she was crushed.
"And as a 15-year-old, who is, like, madly in love with him... it did (crush me)," she told Stern, but quickly insisted there are no hard feelings, noting Timberlake called to apologise years later.
"He's apologised since, though," the 34-year-old noted. "He's such a lovely guy. He, like, seeked me out like, 'I just want you to know that I had no idea what I was saying. I was probably trying to flirt with you, and I understand how words can have an impact'. I was like, 'Justin, sir, you just played the Super Bowl. I'm fine'."
Moore previously spoke about the incident in an interview with Entertainment Tonight last year (17), presumably before Justin said he was sorry, telling the news show, "I'm sure he doesn't remember this at all but I was so impressionable, and I thought the world of him and he was on a pedestal. I mean, 16 years later it stuck with me, so it really scarred me emotionally."
