In a collector's edition magazines included in her album bundles, Taylor writes a heartbreaking poem about 'why she disappeared.'

AceShowbiz - Fans were left wondering what happened to Taylor Swift when she was hiding for months before the release of "Reputation". Addressing the matter, the 27-year-old singer/songwriter writes a poem titled "Why She Disappeared" which is featured in a collector's edition magazines included in her album bundles.

The "Look What You Made Me Do" hitmaker pours her heart out in the emotional poem as she explains her disappearance from the spotlight. "When she fell, she fell apart / Cracked her bones on the pavement she once decorated/ As a child with sidewalk chalk," Swift writes in her poem. "When she crashed, her clothes disintegrated and blew away / With the winds that took all of her fair-weather friends."

"When she lay there on the ground / She dreamed of time machine and revenge / And a love that was really something / Not just the idea of something," the poem continues. "When she turned to go home / She heard the echoes of new words / 'May your heart remain breakable / But never by the same hand twice.' " It ends with "And in the death of her reputation / She felt truly alive."

She also writes a poem titled "If You're Anything Like Me" which is about her fears. Meanwhile in a prologue, she warns her fans that people will speculate about inspiration behind her songs in her new album, but that won't be necessarily true.

"When this album comes out, gossip blogs will scour the lyrics for the men they can attribute to each song, as if the inspiration for music is as simple and basic as a paternity test. There will be slideshows of photos backing up each incorrect theory, because it's 2017 and if you didn't see a picture of it, it couldn't have happened right?" she writes.

Taylor's much-anticipated sixth album "Reputation" hit the shelves on November 10. The "...Ready for It?" songstress will perform tracks of the album on "Saturday Night Live" this weekend. To celebrate it, her boyfriend Joe Alwyn reportedly plans to surprise her with a romantic dinner after her performance on the show.

"Joe is planning to break away from filming his latest project to surprise Taylor with a romantic dinner at her favorite hotel in New York after her 'SNL' appearance," a source tells HollywoodLife.com. "He is super proud of her new music. Joe has heard the entire album and thinks this is her best work ever; he loves it. Joe feels like the luckiest guy in the world and is excited about joining Taylor on some of her tour stops."
