See Rob Kazinsky's Enhanced Power in 'Second Chance' New Trailer
TV

Kazinsky's Jimmy Pritchard is faster and stronger than average men after being resurrected from the dead.

AceShowbiz - Should someone be thankful or not for being brought back from the dead? On FOX's new series "Second Chance", Jimmy Pritchard's (Robert Kazinsky) wakes up as his younger self after being resurrected by billionaire tech-genius twins Mary Goodwin (Dilshad Vadsaria) and her brother, OTTO (Adhir Kalyan).

While the previous promo video saw him saying, "Second chances can be a real monster," Jimmy apparently begins to embrace his superhuman abilities in a newly released trailer. He's faster and stronger than average men as highlighted in this sneak peek.

"Second Chance", previously called "The Frankenstein Code" and then "Lookinglass", is a reimagination of Mary Shelley's classic monster tale. Philip Baker Hall stars as seventy-five-year-old Jimmy Pritchard, a drinker, a womanizer and a father who always put work before family. Pritchard was forced to resign as L.A. County Sheriff for corrupt conduct more than a decade ago.

He is killed when he stumbles upon a robbery at the home of FBI Agent Duval Pritchard (Tim DeKay), one of his two children. But death is surprisingly short for Jimmy, who is brought back to life by the Goodwin twins, founders of the social networking empire, Lookinglass.

Resurrected as a younger version of himself, with physical abilities of which he never dreamed, a re-animated Pritchard (Kazinsky) is given a second chance at life. What will he do with it? Will he seek vengeance against those who killed him? Will he try to repair the damage he did to his family? Will he embrace a new sense of purpose or fall prey to old temptations?

The supernatural drama will premiere Wednesday, January 13 at 9 P.M. on FOX.
