AceShowbiz - Calvin Harris has unveiled the official music video for his and London-based producers Disciples' "How Deep Is Your Love". Directed by Emil Nava, the visuals arrived on Tuesday, August 4 as a Tidal exclusive.
The video stars Gigi Hadid who happens to be a good friend of the Scottish DJ's girlfriend Taylor Swift. In the sexy clip, the Sports Illustrated model looks confused as she's transported to one place to another every a few seconds.
She's seen walking into the crowd at a club before finding herself on the deck of a private yacht and on a pool surrounded by bikini-clad ladies among others. She ends the day dancing with a bunch of people around a bonfire.
"How Deep Is Your Love" features vocals from Ina Wroldsen, who wrote the song with Disciples long before Harris heard it and decided to make it his single. "I'm a writer first, and in cases like this you put your emotions aside," Wroldsen said to New York Post. "I wrote that song with Disciples about 18 months ago. Calvin heard it, loved it and wanted to put it out as his own single."
