The famous siblings have filed legal application to trademark their first names 'in the fields of entertainment, fashion and pop culture.'

AceShowbiz - Famous siblings Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner have filed separate legal applications to trademark their first names. That means no other person has the right to use the names of "Kylie" and "Kendall" though they have the same names as the sisters.

As for Kylie, the 17-year-old entertainer has filed an application last month to trademark her first name to "entertainment in the nature of providing information by means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment, fashion and pop culture." TMZ which was first to report the news claimed that Kylie wanted to mark her territory for personal appearances "by a celebrity, actress and model." Her model sister Kendall also filed her own application for the same purposes.

Legal issues aside, Kendall was spotted hitting the red carpet of the 2015 Met Gala on Monday, May 4, in a revealing beaded green dress that barely showed off her side boobs and hour-glass figure. The Calvin Klein Collection frock she wore was encrusted with crystals and designed by Francisco Costa, creative director of the fashion brand's women's line.
