AceShowbiz - It's not an ideal Christmas on "Pretty Little Liars" special episode celebrating the festivity. Emily hopes for a miracle on the special night, but that may not easily come true. As the girls attend a party, a person in a white robe is watching them.

Danger lurks in the darkness as someone is possibly sneaking into Alison and Spencer's houses. Spencer is even forced to hide as an unseen figure holding a knife is wandering around her house.

"How the 'A' Stole Christmas" airs Tuesday, December 9 at 8/7c on ABC Family. According to the official synopsis, Christmas is quickly approaching, and all of Rosewood is full of merriment, except for Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer, who aren't feeling much holiday cheer after the loss of Mona and Spencer's murder charge looming over them.

But when an opportunity presents itself with the chance to get evidence to clear Spencer's name, the girls and their partners devise a plan to get justice for Mona and finally bring Alison down. If the plan is successful, it could be a very Merry Christmas after all.

The show has just aired a Halloween special which featured the cast and crew sharing stories from the set and talking about the show's future. On the occasion, series creator Marlene King promised that "A" would be revealed before the show enters its seventh season.

"I think fans got a little worried when they found out we were going seven seasons, because they thought maybe they're going to have to wait that long to find out who 'A' is, but I am promising you that you don't. The identity of big 'A' is going to be revealed before Season 7 starts," she said.
