A surveillance video obtained by NY Daily News shows the 'Easy A' actress stripping down to her bra in front of customers while trying on a blouse at Pookie and Sebastian.

AceShowbiz - A surveillance video at Pookie & Sebastian in NYC which shows Amanda Bynes acting strangely has landed online. In the clip obtained by NY Daily News, the former child star can be seen stripping down to her bra in front of other customers while trying a shirt and busting out some dance moves.

Wearing a dark coat, leggings, sunglasses and a scarf, Bynes walked into the store on Wednesday afternoon, October 8 prior to her alleged shoplifting at Barneys New York. She took a white blouse and tried it without going into a changing room. "Right in front of everybody. We couldn't believe it," said Kevin Matuszak, the shop's owner.

She later called his bodyguard, danced up on him and touched his body. "That was probably the strangest part," Matuszak commented. At one point, a dance music reportedly was played in the store and she reacted by busting some "Gangnam Style" moves.

Bynes also tried a bag, a necklace and a leather jacket during the 10-minute shopping session. "I have to say, given the pieces she picked out, she's got very good taste. And she looked great in the white top," the store's owner said. "We do get celebrity sightings from time to time, but it's never been Amanda Bynes-type behavior. This is one of a kind."

Bynes has been making headlines with her strange behavior following her arrest for DUI last week. Her friend Nick Cannon recently commented on the troubled actress in an interview with Huffington Post Live, telling people not to make jokes about her mental health.

"I spoke out about it before because I felt like people started to make fun of her," he said, referring to his statement last year. "People started to think it was entertaining, and they were making jokes on late night shows."

"If this was a person who was in a mental hospital, would you do the same thing? Just because this is someone that is a public figure, we think that it's fun to make fun of her. But no. This is someone who needs help," Cannon added. "I mean, my heart goes out to her. I pray for her daily."
