Beyonce Knowles dresses in leotard and dances with two female backing dancers in the music video for her single 'Ego'.

AceShowbiz - A music video shot to promote Beyonce Knowles' single called "Ego" has been made public. Filmed in black and white, the video co-directed by Beyonce and Frank Gatson Jr. captures her wearing leotard and contains similar scenes to the ones shown in her "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" video. While the "Single Ladies" video features her dancing with three female backing dancers, this newly-premiered video has her dancing only with two women.

Discussing about the concept of the video, Beyonce previously said, "My goal for [the 'Ego' video] is simplicity." She then added, "I saw this old tape of Bob Fosse's wife [Gwen Verdon], and I used that as inspiration. I thought in this world, with all the technology and everything that's going on, to strip everything down - great idea. So I kind of did the same thing, but glossy and black, for 'Ego'."

"Ego" is one of the songs appearing in the deluxe edition of Beyonce Knowles' third solo studio album "I Am...Sasha Fierce". The track has started getting radio airplays across United States since May 19, and has peaked at number 57 on Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart so far.
