SEASON FINALE--VIGILANTE DRAWS HIS OWN BATTLE LINES IN WAR ON TERROR--When a Yemeni national is murdered in his modest Lower East Side apartment, Detectives Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Green (Jesse L. Martin) discover that their victim, is an illegal alien with no known family and with almost $100,000 in a secret bank account. The detectives find that Haddad, along with several other members of a local mosque, had been the target of a hate-mongering website run by Adam Teague (David Aaron Baker), who had been working with former Gulf War Special Forces soldier Frank Miller (Terry Serpico). Miller's seemingly righteous paranoia is put to the legal test when he claims that his efforts to expose and neutralize Haddad were in the interest of national defense.
