A NIGHT AT THE OPERA LEADS TO MURDER WHILE DETECTIVES CATCH SOUR NOTES FROM SUSPICIOUS CONDUCTOR -- There's high drama in the opera house when a young violinist is pushed to her death and Detectives Logan (Chris Noth) and Barek (Annabella Sciorra) check out the arrogant conductor Reinhardt (guest star Julian Sands). Turns out Reinhardt also has been conducting an affair with his soprano, Gillian (guest star Alice Krige) -- who happens to be the victim's mother. While the detectives theorize that Reinhardt actually was romancing both women, they receive jarring medical news that sheds harsh new light on the evidence.
