Amid heated divorce proceedings, Simon Guobadia has issued a cease-and-desist letter to prevent his estranged wife and Bravo crew from filming 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' in his house.

AceShowbiz - Porsha Williams' estranged husband Simon Guobadia has fired a cease-and-desist letter to the production company behind "The Real Housewives of Atlanta", demanding they cease filming at his home.
Guobadia states that he is the sole owner of the nearly $7 million property and does not consent to the use of its image or any activity on it. A source close to production, however, claims that no scenes have been filmed at Guobadia's house for the upcoming season.
Amid the divorce proceedings, Guobadia has made several allegations against Williams. He claims that she brought an "armed gunman" to their marital home on multiple occasions. Williams has denied these accusations and claimed that Guobadia has been "erratic" and "unstable."
In her filings, Williams alleges that Guobadia has refused to vacate the home within 30 days of their divorce as stipulated in their prenuptial agreement. Guobadia's attorney has stated that his client intends to remain in the residence with his children until the court resolves the matter.
Williams has also accused Guobadia of changing the garage codes and door locks, preventing her from accessing the home. She has demanded an emergency hearing to address the issue.
Guobadia, in his own filings, alleges that Williams has taken "calculated steps" to marry and divorce him for financial gain. He claims that she has refused to destroy text messages exchanged with a mystery man and has filed a motion containing "false statements and allegations."
Williams has denied Guobadia's claims and has accused him of "vindictive" behavior. She hit back by saying she was kept in the dark about his alleged criminal history and "questionable immigration," maintaining that her divorce filing is legitimate.
