The British-Nigerian reality star, who met the managing partner at advertising agency Icon Media Group, on Tinder in 2015, decided to call it quits after seven years of marriage.

AceShowbiz - Chelsea Lazkani and Jeff Lazkani have gone their separate ways. The "Selling Sunset" star reportedly filed for divorce from her husband to end their seven-year marriage.

The 31-year-old submitted the divorce papers on Wednesday, March 27, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind their split. The luxury realtor didn't reveal the exact date of separation.

Chelsea and Jeff share two kids together, 5-year-old Maddox and 3-year-old Melia. In her paperwork, she requested joint physical and legal custody of their children.

The real estate agent also asked for spousal support but didn't request for the court to terminate Jeff's ability to ask for alimony. There was no mention of a prenup in the divorce documents.

The British-Nigerian reality star met her husband, a managing partner at advertising agency Icon Media Group, on Tinder in 2015. They tied the knot two years later in August 2017.

Chelsea previously divulged that she didn't initially plan to move to California but she stayed for Jeff. "We spoke about 15 times before getting together. I don't want to waste my time and give my energy to somebody if I don't think it will be worth it," she told the Daily Mail in May 2022. "I felt like I knew him before we even met and the connection was immediate."

Chelsea managed to secure a spot on "Selling Sunset" after Jeff introduced her to Jason Oppenheim. "I knew Jason through my husband and I said to him, 'What do I have to do?' " Chelsea told Vogue in May 2022. "You kind of see how it played out on screen. I wasn't sure whether I was going to get in or not."

In an interview with PEOPLE, Chelsea raved over her spouse for his support. "I think having the support of my husband and my family really essentially prepared me to take on this big role and this big opportunity. But for me personally, I saw this as an opportunity to really open doors in an industry that has lacked diversity and where minorities are underrated," she said.
