Cuba Gooding Jr. has been dragged into the murky water by the music producer who accused Diddy of sexual misconduct following shocking house raids by federal agents.

AceShowbiz - In an amended lawsuit, music producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones has accused Sean "P. Diddy" Combs of sexual harassment and Cuba Gooding Jr. of sexual assault.

According to the complaint, Jones alleges that Gooding groped and fondled him on Combs' yacht in 2023 in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Combs is accused of introducing Jones to Gooding and leaving them alone in a studio onboard.

Jones claims that he was uncomfortable and rejected Gooding's advances, but Gooding continued until Jones forcibly pushed him away. Combs allegedly failed to intervene.

Gooding has not been charged with any crime, and his representative has not responded to requests for comment. However, this is not the first allegation of misconduct against him. In 2022, he pleaded guilty to forcibly kissing a worker at a New York nightclub in 2018.

The lawsuit also alleges that Diddy subjected Jones to "constant" sexual harassment while they worked on "The Love Album: Off the Grid". Diddy has denied the claims.

The amended complaint comes after federal agents raided Combs' homes in Los Angeles and Miami on Monday as part of a sex-trafficking investigation. Four people have been interviewed in connection with the probe, which also includes allegations of sexual assault, drug trafficking, and firearms violations.

In addition to Jones' lawsuit, Diddy is facing lawsuits from other women. He has denied wrongdoing.

Despite being spotted at a Miami airport yesterday, sources say Diddy is not under arrest or on the run.
