The 'Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk' reportedly is making 'so much on royalties and returns' from his ex-girlfriend ongoing tour 'that he doesn't ever need to worry about money again.'

AceShowbiz - Joe Alwyn is literally still profiting from his past romance with Taylor Swift. The British actor, who got songwriting credits on the pop superstar's albums "Folklore" and "Evermore", is reportedly making millions of dollars from royalties and returns from her sold-out "The Eras Tour".

"Fair or not, it's made him a very rich guy," a source told Life & Style. "Joe is making so much on royalties and returns from [Taylor's] 'Eras' tour that he doesn't ever need to worry about money again."

The "Boy Erased" star is credited as a songwriter on two songs from 2020's "Folklore", "Exile" and "Betty", and three tracks on "Evermore", "Champagne Problems", "Coney Island" and "Evermore". He also contributed to the song "Sweet Nothing" on Taylor's 2022 album "Midnights". His work on "Folklore" made him a Grammy winner in 2021.

Moreover, Joe has reportedly made $2.3 million for Spotify streams alone. The money will keep rolling in from additional streaming and Taylor's life performances, so an industry source notes.

Of course, Taylor has got nothing to lose with part of the royalties going to her ex-boyfriend. The number that the "Mary Queen of Scots" actor has received is just a fraction of her earning. Billboard calculated that she received over $100 million from last year's streams on Spotify.

Taylor's "Eras" tour will resume in April. She is also gearing up to release her new album "The Tortured Poets Department", which is set to arrive on April 19.

While she has been happily in a relationship with Travis Kelce, the "Lover" songstress may be addressing the end of her romance with Joe on the new album, with fans speculating that several songs, such as "So Long, London" and "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived", may be about the 33-year-old actor.
