After sharing her story behind creating the country record, the 'Break My Soul' hitmaker is criticized by the 'Chasing Time' raptress, who also calls out Jay-Z.

AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles has been criticized by Azealia Banks over her upcoming country album titled "Cowboy Carter". After revealing her story behind creating the record, the "Break My Soul" hitmaker was blasted by the "Chasing Time" rapper.

On Wednesday, March 20, the 32-year-old hip-hop artist made use of Instagram Stories to get things off her chest about the forthcoming set. In one of the Stories, she discussed the title of the album. She sarcastically asked, "Wow we didn't even try to put even a little effort into a more artistic title?"

In it, Azealia also commented on the cover art of the record. She penned, "Sis I live for whiteyonce Donatella Bianca Bardot DOWN, But I'm kind of ashamed at how u switch from baobab trees and black parade to this literal pick me stuff."

The raptress also called out Queen Bey's husband Jay-Z, "Ugh, I'm so saddened by Jay-Z and his over strategizing everything [Bey does] to the point where it's clearly his influence and not the real Bianca Bardot. Someone tell Jay-Z his strategies are corny and Beyonce has better ideas. We would like to see her outside without him and his pound puppy dreadlocks breathing all over herrrrrrr."

The lengthy rant came after Beyonce revealed the artwork of "Cowboy Carter" and shared the story behind making the country album. On Tuesday, March 19, she wrote on Instagram, "This album has been over five years in the making. It was born out of an experience that I had years ago where I did not feel welcomed, and it was very clear that I wasn't."

"But, because of that experience, I did a deeper dive into the history of country music and studied our rich musical archive," she continued. "It feels good to see how music can unite so many people around the world, while also amplifying the voices of some of the people who have dedicated so much of their lives educating on our musical history."
