The 'Hard in da Paint' rapper wants privacy amid his divorce proceedings with estranged wife after she reportedly got into a feud with his current girlfriend.

AceShowbiz - Juaquin Malphurs, known as rapper Waka Flocka Flame, has filed for divorce from his wife, Tammy, and is requesting that court records and public discussion of the case be kept confidential.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Waka filed a motion for a confidentiality order earlier this month, citing their celebrity status. He argues that financial and personal information should be protected from public scrutiny.

Waka also seeks an order prohibiting himself and Tammy from speaking about the case publicly through any media outlet. A judge has yet to rule on the motion.

The divorce filing comes amid public drama between Tammy and Waka's new girlfriend on social media.

Tammy's daughter has defended her mother online.

In his divorce petition, Waka indicated that the couple married on January 21, 2014, and separated on December 1, 2021. He states that the marriage is "irretrievably broken" and there is "no reasonable hope of reconciliation."

The couple has no children together, but Waka has raised Tammy's daughter, Charlie, as his own. The only marital asset is their home in Atlanta, which Waka requests exclusive use of. He has agreed to split the proceeds 50/50 if he sells it in the near future.

Waka asserts that neither of them incurred any martial debt and requests that each party be responsible for their individual debts. He also asks that Tammy not be awarded alimony or spousal support.

In previous statements, Tammy has publicly acknowledged the separation and stated that they are "good" and "in good spaces."
