The 'Hips Don't Lie' hitmaker announces her first new album, which title means 'Women Don't Cry Anymore', since 'El Dorado' that she released around seven years ago.

AceShowbiz - Shakira has announced that she has a new album coming soon. Around seven years after releasing her latest album titled "El Dorado", the "Girl Like Me" songstress is slated to unleash "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran", which translates to "Women Don't Cry Anymore", in March.

On Thursday, February 15, the 46-year-old Grammy winner made use of her Instagram account to share the exciting announcement. In the caption of her new post, she wrote, "My new album, coming out March 22, is one I created together with all of you, my pack of shewolves who were there for me every step of the way."

Shakira went on to share, "Making this body of work has been an alchemical process. While writing each song I was rebuilding myself. While singing them, my tears transformed into diamonds, and my vulnerability into strength."

In the same post, the "Hips Don't Lie" hitmaker unveiled various cover arts for the forthcoming album. One of the artworks shows her face from a close-up with edited graphics, which seemingly represents her tears being transformed into diamonds.

Another artwork sees Shakira striking a pose in front of a blue backdrop. She is wearing a silver breastplate as her long hair, which is styled into loose beach waves, blows over her chest. In the picture, she looks stunning with her natural makeup, including pink lipstick.

The other artwork features the "Can't Remember to Forget You" songstress confidently showcasing her jaw-dropping figure. She rocks a strapless and sleeveless black heart-shaped top that comes with a very low-cut design as well as a pair of long matching pants. For this particular look, she puts on a bright red lipstick and adds bold eye makeup.

The "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran" album will be Shakira's first new set in around seven years. Her latest record was "El Dorado" that she dropped back on May 26, 2017. The album consists of nine tracks, including "Chantaje" and "Trap" that feature Maluma.
