Meanwhile, Chris' attorney, Bill Ramsey, declares in a statement that the country crooner's disorderly conduct arrest was 'wrong' and calls for charges to be dropped.

AceShowbiz - New videos from the night of Chris Young's disorderly conduct arrest in Nashville have made their way online. However, the clips seem to contradict a Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission agent's claims saying that the country star assaulted the officer on Monday, January 22.

Sharing the videos on Facebook was Nashville's Newschannel 5 reporter Nick Beres. In one clip, the 38-year-old singer, who wore a leather jacket, was seen approaching the TABC agents. He non-aggressively touched one of the agents on the arm, but the agent responded by forcefully pushing the artist backward, causing him to tumble over a bar stool at the Dawg House bar.

"That is Young in the leather jacket, black hat and jeans. He is waiting to ask the men why they took a photo of his ID and reaches out to ask the agent to stop to talk. The agent then shoves Young knocking him to the floor," Beres wrote alongside the post. "According to Young's lawyer all his client wanted to do was to confirm the identity of the men - who were not in obvious uniforms … and ask about the photo of his ID. The video does not appear to show Young strike the agent in the shoulder … rather he reaches out."

In a statement, Young's attorney, Bill Ramsey, said the singer's arrest was "wrong" and called for charges to be dropped. "What happened to my client Chris Young at a bar in Nashville on Monday night was wrong and he never should have been arrested and charged in the first place," Ramsey said. "In light of the video evidence, Tennessee ABC needs to drop the charges and apologize for the physical, emotional and professional harm done towards my client."

Different from the videos, an arrest affidavit stated that Young followed police from Tin Roof bar to the DawgHouse. He was accused of striking an officer on the shoulder, leading him to be physically detained by two officials.

Per the affidavit, police arrived at Tin Roof around 8:30 P.M. to conduct a compliance check on behalf of the Alcoholic Beverage Commission and encountered Chris sitting at the bar. The officers verified his ID and then worked with the bar staff to check the establishment's ABC cards, at which point Young talked with the cops and began filming the moment.

Once the officers left Tin Roof to check ABC cards at DawgHouse, Chris and his friends followed the officials to the subsequent bar and spoke with its staff. As the police looked to exit the location, the artist reportedly laid hands on the officer and "struck" him on the shoulder.
