Grace Jabbari, who accused the 'Creed III' star of misdemeanor domestic violence in March, turns herself in New York City after the actor filed a cross complaint against her in June.

AceShowbiz - Jonathan Majors accuser has officially become the accused now. Grace Jabbari, who accused the actor of assault during a domestic dispute back in March, has been arrested in New York City after Hollywood star filed a cross complaint against her in June.

Grace, who was dating Jonathan when the incident happened, surrendered herself to police on Wednesday evening, October 25, law enforcement sources tell TMZ. She turned up at Manhattan's 10th Precinct and was being booked for misdemeanor assault and criminal mischief.

It appears that the D.A. and police are not seeing eye to eye on this case. While police arrested Grace for allegedly attacking Jonathan, the Manhattan D.A.'s office filed court papers on Tuesday saying it informed NYPD in September that it has no intention of prosecuting Grace despite the actor's complaint, citing "the belated allegations made by defendant [Majors] regarding the incident on March 25, 2023."

Jonathan was arrested on assault, strangulation and harassment charges on March 25 after Grace allegedly "sustained minor injuries to her head and neck" following their domestic dispute in NYC. He was released from custody on the same day and has denied the allegations.

She also alleged that the "Lovecraft Country" star broke her right hand during the dispute. However, footage taken just hours after the incident shows the choreographer with no visible injuries when she was partying later that night despite her allegations.

Despite the evidence presented by his team, the assault case will move forward to trial. On Wednesday, a New York judge denied a motion to dismiss the assault case against the "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania" star. The judge set the trial date for November 29.

Jonathan, meanwhile, filed the cross complaint on June 22. The 34-year-old alleged that his ex-girlfriend scratched him on his right hand and smacked him across the face with an open hand, causing a cut to his cheek and ear pain. She allegedly also tore buttons off his coat and damaged the front pocket. Jonathan also claimed that Grace injured herself while alone in a drunken fall at his penthouse apartment.
