AceShowbiz - Snoop Dogg has called Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly his "brothers" following a heartwarming moment. Shortly after receiving a birthday surprise from Will and John, the "Drop It Like It's Hot" rapper gushed over the two "Step Brothers" actors.

On Sunday, October 22, the hip-hop artist, who turned 52 years old two days prior, made use of Instagram to show his appreciation for Will and John. In a post, he penned, "My brothers surprised me. Will and. John," adding a slew of emojis, including birthday cake and smiling with tears of joy emojis.

In the same post, Snoop also uploaded a video documenting the birthday surprise, which took place during Will's "Best Night of Your Life 2" show at Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on Saturday. In the clip, John could be heard telling the audience, "Yesterday was a very special day. It was Snoop Dogg's birthday."

All the while, Will was seen pulling a cart with a massive three-layer cake and a number of candles from backstage. It did not take long for Snoop to light up his cigarette with the candles. In response, John exclaimed, "That's what I'm talking about."

The video further displayed Will, John and the crowd singing a "Happy Birthday" song before Snoop shared a hug with Will and blew the candles. He additionally had a friendly handshake with John.

Before Snoop appeared onstage, Will and John were delivering their song titled "Boats 'N Hoes" from their 2008 movie "Step Brothers". In the middle of their performance, Snoop was invited to the stage as a surprise guest to finish the track. Later on, the three of them delivered Snoop's 1994 hit titled "Gin and Juice".

The birthday surprise came after Snoop talked about turning 52 years old and still looking good. Speaking to PEOPLE earlier in October, the spitter/actor said, "You gotta treat yourself, don't cheat yourself."

"Like fine wine, I'm aging better with time," the "Day Shift" actor went on to say. He further shared, "But we really only got a short time here, so making the most of life and trying to be the best version of me every day by surrounding myself with good people, positive energy and love."
