AceShowbiz - Antonio Brown was seemingly not happy with his recent run-in with the law so he decided to get things off his chest. After he got arrested for failing to pay child support, the former NFL star showed off stacks of cash as he paid $15,000 towards what he owes to his baby mama.
Taking to Instagram Story on Tuesday, October 17, the 35-year-old shared a video in which flaunted his money and what appeared to be a receipt for the child support payment. "I don't want to tell my child that her moms ain't s**t," he fumed. "This s**t ain't about me, she just a money hungry b***h, I been here before."
The athlete got arrested outside of his home in Dania Beach, Florida on Sunday, October 15 around midnight, according to Local 10 News. It happened following a warrant issued by the Miami-Dade Police Department, which was obtained by the local media outlet.
According to several outlets, Antonio, who reportedly missed a number of child support payments to his ex-girlfriend Wiltrice Jackson, was getting into a taxi in Broward County before he was taken into custody by the Broward County Sheriff's Department. He was later released from jail on a $15,000 bond.
The arrest came shortly after Antonio's ex Wiltrice declared that she wanted him to be put behind bars. In an interview published by TMZ on Sunday, she stated, "I do want him arrested... Because I just feel like as of now he's making a mockery out of the judge, like a mockery out of everything because he feels like he's untouchable."
"And it's like the stuff that he writes me and my daughter is completely, like, off the line," the woman, who shares 15-year-old daughter with Antonio, continued. "He acts like we are strangers or something and like my daughter is not his kid or something. He talked to us like we are strangers on the street or something. And at the moment, how I'm feeling like I do want him arrested, I don't think anything could change as of right now."
