AceShowbiz - Minnie Driver's family day out turned NSFW when she caught a man allegedly performing a lewd act. The actress took her son to a beach in Malibu over the weekend, but the visit was cut short after a stranger reportedly started masturbating nearby.
According to TMZ, the "About a Boy" alum was at Paradise Cove Beach Cafe with her teen son on Sunday, July 23. Law enforcement sources say that sheriff's deputies were called to the scene for a report of a man pleasuring himself.
The guy who allegedly performed a lewd act has not been identified as the alleged masturbator was already gone by the time cops arrived. Meanwhile, Minnie and another woman spoke with the deputies. The 53-year-old actress was allegedly one of the witnesses who told the authorities that the guys was cranking out in a cabana.
In a photo obtained by the site, Minnie was seen already packing her belongings and taking her bag as well as her blanket as she was ready to leave. It's unclear where exactly the man did the lewd act, but there were other visitors who were seen lying down nearby and didn't seem to be distracted by the alleged incident.
Meanwhile, Minnie and other beachgoers who caught the man's inappropriate act decided not to press charges. They simply wanted to make police aware of the situation. As a result, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department beach team is aware and will be keeping an eye out for a similar incident in the future.
Minnie has been spending the summer by visiting some places she loves. On July 14, she posted a picture of her smiling brightly with the background of the ocean. "Nowhere better than by the sea with people I love. Salty face, salty chips, weird tan lines from my overly complicated swimsuit," she captioned it.
Last week, she also posted a video taken during her trip to Dalida in Portofino. She gushed in the caption, "Good Heavens, it's Heaven. #portofino per sempre #summerholiday."
