Ella, whom the 'Titanic' actor shares with estranged wife Alice Evans, reportedly requests the temporary restraining order following an incident at her father's house.

AceShowbiz - Ioan Gruffudd's 13-year-old daughter Ella has filed a restraining order against her famous dad. According to Los Angeles Superior Court records, Ella's case is filed under "domestic violence protection."

Daily Mail reported that Ella, whom Ioan shares with estranged wife Alice Evans, requested the temporary restraining order following an incident at her father's house. At the time, Ella allegedly visited the home that the actor shares with his girlfriend, Bianca Wallace, alongside her younger sister Elsie (9).

It's unknown what incident she was referring to, but the teen also filed a restraining order request and a civil harassment protection order against Bianca. Hearings for both cases are scheduled for June 22 and June 23, respectively.

Ioan filed to divorce Alice in March 2021. The filing arrived after the British-American actress blasted him on social media, claiming that the "Titanic" actor had left her in "excruciating" pain due to the split.

"I am still fighting against it, because I love our kids, and I still love him, but something has happened inside his head and whatever it is, I don't see him coming back to us," she said at the time. Later in October of the same year, Alice accused Ioan of having a three-year affair with her friend, adding that he "mentally tortured" her when they were together.

Later in February 2022, Ioan filed a request for a restraining order against Alice. The "Forever" alum claimed that she threatened to "make false public accusations," "sell false stories to the press" and "destroy" his career if he left her. He said in the petition, "Alice threatened to tell people I had abused her and our daughters and threatened to call the police on me if I did not comply with her demands."

Alice denied the allegations. She noted that she had not "hit, struck, attacked, threatened, assaulted, harassed, followed, stalked, molested, destroyed the personal property of, kept under surveillance, impersonated, blocked the movement of, annoyed by phone or electronic means by repeated contact, or disturbed the peace" of Ioan and Bianca. Despite the denial, a judge reportedly granted Ioan a three-year restraining order against Alice in August 2022.
