People, however, are not impressed by the 'break up with your girlfriend, i'm broke' hitmaker's lengthy 'woke' message, as an Instagram user writes, 'We don’t need advice from celebrities.'

AceShowbiz - Ariana Grande thinks that people should stop making Coronavirus crisis a simple thing. Using her power as a public figure, the "7 Rings" hitmaker decided to make people realize the big danger that the disease brings over the world, calling out "priviledged" young people for thinking that they would be fine amid the outbreak.

"i keep hearing from a surprising amount of people statements like 'this isn't a big deal' / 'we'll be fine'... 'we still have to go about our lives' and it's really blowing my mind," Ariana wrote on Twitter on Sunday, March 15. "i understand if that is how u felt weeks ago. but please read about what's going on. please don't turn a blind eye."

The singer went on to add, "it is incredibly dangerous and selfish to take this situation that lightly. the 'we will be fine because we're young' mindset is putting people who aren't young and / or healthy in a lot of danger. you sound stupid and priviledged and you need to care more about others. like now."

In another tweet, Ariana wrote, "like your hip hop yoga class can f***ing wait i promise."

People were not impressed by Ari's lengthy "woke" message. "We don’t need advice from celebrities," one user said before adding rolling-eyes emojis. Another person reminded the "Beauty and the Beast" singer that "people gotta work and pay bills something y’all don't gotta worry about."

"Are they cancelling their shows? Are they donating to pay peoples salaries that can't afford not to work? Rich people problems," one comment read. Another person, meanwhile, alluded that it was better than being panicked, writing, "So we all should panic, right? Because that better huh?"

Some others were praising her. "Bless them for using their platforms to show the importance," one user said. Agreeing with Ariana, another person chimed in, "Nah fr it is serious! Better to be safe then sorry !"
