The 'Mother's Day' actress, fortunately, had a chance to see her mother one last time before she passed away on Wednesday.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Aniston's mother, Nancy Dow, has passed away. The "Friends" alum confirmed the sad news on Wednesday, May 25 via a statement which reads, "It is with great sadness that my brother John [Melick] and I announce the passing of our mother Nancy Dow."
"She was 79 years old and passed peacefully surrounded by family and family after enduring a long illness," the statement continues. "We ask that our family's privacy be respected as we grieve our loss." While Jen didn't share details of her mother's illness, In Touch reports that Nancy, also an actress, suffered a series of strokes and lost the ability to speak and walk prior to her death.
Jen and her mother were estranged for nearly a decade after Nancy penned a memoir "From Mother and Daughter to Friends" (1999) about her famous child. The two reconciled after Jen and Brad Pitt divorced in 2005.
On May 12, the 47-year-old actress reportedly visited her mother at her North Hollywood apartment for the first time in nearly five years. "Jen must have had a wake-up call and wanted to see her mother one last time before she passes," a so-called insider tells In Touch.
"Nancy is sick, frail and alone," the insider adds. Nancy was reportedly admitted back in the hospital six days after Jen's last visit. "I think Jen's already said her goodbyes," the insider says.
