The song, on which Bey hints at her husband Jay-Z's infidelity, will reportedly be sent to Rhythm radio later this week.

AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles is reportedly releasing "Sorry" as the first official single off her new album, "Lemonade". According to HITS Daily Double, Parkwood/Columbia will send the track to Rhythm radio later this week.

The song has been making headlines even before it's revealed as a lead single from the singer's sixth studio effort, thanks to the intriguing lyrics about her husband Jay-Z's alleged mistress. On it, Bey hints that the rapper once cheated on her with "Becky with the good hair."

Many believed that "Becky" was a reference to either designer Rachel Roy or British singer Rita Ora who once was signed to Hova's Roc Nation. However, both ladies have denied the accusation.

"Lemonade" was released in late April and has just opened atop Billboard 200, giving Beyonce her sixth No. 1 album on the chart. With more than 653,000 equivalent units collected in its first week, the project posts the biggest sales week of 2016 so far.

All 12 tracks from the album have also made their debuts on Billboard Hot 100. Queen Bey is now the first female act to simultaneously chart 12 songs on the list, beating out Taylor Swift's previous record of 11 songs.
