A source tells Schmoes Know that the conflict between Fett and Solo will take place between "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith" and "Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope". Additionally, several fan-favorite characters like Chewbacca, Lando Calrissian, and Bossk are reported to make appearance in the film.

The source further shares several names being considered to replace director Josh Trank, who left the project early last month. Jon Favreau and Matthew Vaughn are reportedly circling the director's chair.

Favreau's previous famous directing projects include "Iron Man" and "Iron Man 2". As for Vaughn, he directed "Kingsman: The Secret Service". Regarding the previous projects of Favreau and Vaugh, both of them can be considered great at working on action-oriented movie.
