Akon has just made public a music video in companion to his single "We Don't Care". The R&B singer is mainly captured, in the video, doing a live performance in front of hundreds of flocking fans during concerts in South African countries and other venues around the world.
"We Don't Care" appears in Akon's 2008 studio album "Freedom". It was originally titled "Could You Be the Reason".
Aside from cooking up materials for his own record, Akon also makes contribution to other artists' work. He has teamed up with Snoop Dogg and T.I. for DJ Drama's track "Day Dreaming", and is featured on Lionel Richie's single "Just Go". Most recently, he was billed to craft soundtrack for next year's FIFA World Cup.
In the meantime, Akon is on the road for a series of live gigs. He will next be seen performing in New Mexico, Windsor, Halifax and Canada. Fans can visit his MySpace for complete details about his upcoming concerts.
