The English singer is preparing something special for his upcoming LP by tapping the Canadian pop star to do a duet in one of the tracks from the upcoming record.

AceShowbiz - Having a warm welcome for his debut album "Undiscovered" in 2007, James Morrison is set to hit the music scene once again with a possible phenomenal hit track which he has just started recording on June 10 in Canada. On the new song James is teaming up with pop superstar Nelly Furtado.

The new track is being titled "Broken Strings" and it will be included on James' new studio album. Unfortunately, there are no exact details yet regarding the rock singer's upcoming LP's title or release date.

Beside working with Furtado, on his upcoming record, James reportedly is also working with Take That member Gary Barlow. Gary is helping the "You Give Me Something" singer to write some songs on the pop/soul singer's new LP.

The latest collaborative project James has done is recording a duet track "Details In The Fabric" with Jason Mraz. The song is being featured on Jason's new studio album "We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things".

Meanwhile, Furtado herself is currently preparing another project beside working with James. The Canadian born singer is set to spawn a new single "Stars" that she has already sung on her recent "Get Loose Tour".
