Major Spoiler on Nate and Blair in 'Gossip Girl'

A major spoiler of "Gossip Girl" is unveiled through a series of on-set photos that erupt online. In the fresh pics, Nate and Blair are seen kissing in the snow during a filming in the Central Park, very much an indication that the former lovers are back on.

This reunion of an old flame had been indicated few weeks earlier by E! Online. In a recent report, the publication said further that the reunion is very much about comfort and familiarity. "Blair and Nate are both at a crossroads," an insider said. "Blair has to accept she isn't going to Yale. Nate is being sucked into his family's expectations, and they are both there for each other and enjoy the familiarity. At first it's platonic, but, of course, that doesn't last long."

Jessica Biel to Host Academy's Scientific and Technical Awards

Jessica Biel has been tapped to host and present six kudos at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Scientific and Technical Awards on Saturday, February 7, at the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills. The announcement has been made by the Academy through a press release put forth on Tuesday, February 3.

With this appointment, the star of "The Illusionist" is joining Rachel McAdams, Scarlett Johansson, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jennifer Garner and Jessica Alba as the show's host. During the ceremony, the 26-year-old is expected to present the Academy's Gordon E. Sawyer Award to Ed Catmull for his lifetime of technical contributions and leadership in the field of computer graphics for the film industry.

Lily Allen Announcing North American Tour Dates

A day after her new album "It's Not Me, It's You" was streamed for free on her MySpace, Lily Allen unveils tour dates for her North American leg. Planning to kick off the gig in April in San Diego, California, she has to complete her U.K. tour dates first before heading up to America.

15 tour dates so far have been announced. Indie rock/electronica band from Seattle, Natalie Portman's Shaved Head, will be serving as her special guest during the tour. Her next stops include California, Colorado, Michigan, Georgia and many other major cities.

Five Clips and Two TV Spots From Tyler Perry's 'Madea Goes to Jail'

In support of the forthcoming theatrical release of "Madea Goes to Jail", five clips from the Tyler Perry's newest comedy film have been released. The clips are each titled "Ma to the DEA", "Madea Sentencing", "That's a Bet", "Intervention" and "Going to the Slammer". Meanwhile, the two TV spots are called "Big House" and "Trouble".

"Ma to the DEA", "Madea Sentencing" and "Going to the Slammer" clips focus on the main character, Madea, exposing her verbal battle with Big Sal, the time she is sentenced to five year imprisonment and the scene where her family wonders what trouble she will get herself into this time. The "That's a Bet" and "Intervention" clips, on the other hand, expose Candy's troubled life.

"I remember when I was very little my idol was Britney Spears. I had just come to California and that's just who I wanted to meet. So I was in a store and she walked in and my jaw just fell to the floor," she tells Parade of her first encounter with Britney. "I started like sweating. I could not believe that I was meeting her. Casting Call for 'Top Chef' Season 6 Begins

Chefs finding him or herself capable in competing nationally are welcomed to join Bravo TV's reality cooking competition, "Top Chef". The sixth season of the Emmy-winning series has opened a casting call in seven cities across the nation.

Starting February 8, there will be a series of auditions that begins with San Francisco. More will be conducted in Seattle on February 11, Atlanta on February 22, New York on March 1, Philadelphia on March 4 and Los Angeles on March 15. Place and time can be read below.

Michael Jackson, Rihanna Sued Over Alleged Copyright Infringement

African singer Manu Dibango is suing both Michael Jackson and Rihanna for allegedly using his song without permission. He filed the legal document in a Paris court on Tuesday, February 3.

Manu and Michael have reached an agreement upon Michael using part of Manu's 1972 track "Soul Makossa" for Michael's 1983 single "Wanna Be Startin' Something". But, Manu is apparently upset when Rihanna borrowed the same portion of his song and only asked Michael's permission without bothering to contact him as the original owner.

Preview of 'Fringe' 1.14: Ability

On February 10, "Fringe" puts Olivia into test when Mr. Jones returns and a lethal toxin causes victims orifices to close. In the episode called "Ability", German agents question Olivia about her "relationship" with David Robert Jones, an escaped prisoner questioned months earlier now living in the U.S.

Meanwhile, the Fringe Division investigates a threatening case where victims die faceless from their orifices suddenly sealing. With few leads and many questions, German authorities turn to Olivia, Peter and Walter to help makes sense of the return of Mr. Jones and the foreboding mysterious occurrences. As the investigation unfolds, Olivia is put to test.

A Series of Fresh 'Fast and Furious' Pictures Comes Out

A slew of fresh images from action film "Fast and Furious" is now available to be seen. Highlighting on the action done by as well as the romance between the movie's four main characters, the pictures exhibit Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Vin Diesel and Paul Walker as Letty, Mia Toretto, Dominic Toretto and Brian O'Conner respectively.

In one of the photos, Letty can be seen holding on for her dear life to the car Dom drives, while another picture of Letty shows her laying on the bed starring into the darkness. This year's Juno Awards' nominees have been revealed Tuesday, February 3 at a media conference at Toronto's Fairmont Royal York Hotel, and Canadian rock band Nickelback lead the pack with five kudos. They are among the contenders for the titles of Juno Fan Choice, Single of the Year, Album of the Year, Group of the Year and Producer of the year.

In Juno Fan Choice, Nickelback are up against Celine Dion, Feist, Hedley and The Lost Fingers. In Single of the Year, they put their single "Gotta Be Somebody" into a battle with Celine's "Taking Chances", Divine Brown's "Lay It on the Line", Kardinal Offishall's "Dangerous" and Michael Buble's "Lost".

Erykah Badu Reveals Newborn Baby's Name Via Twitter Page

Giving birth to her third child earlier this week, Erykah Badu is quick to confirm in a post on her Twitter page that she and rapper boyfriend, Jay Electronica, name their newborn baby daughter Mars Merkaba. No explanation has been given on the reason behind the naming and the meaning of the baby's name.

Prior to unveiling the name of her baby girl, Erykah has written another post on Twitter, in which she claimed the infant's "eyes are looking right into mine . she struggles to focus." She also recounted, "so much love in her . i wonder where she just came from. i mean .. her spirit..."

Director Burns Down Possibility of 'Wall-E' Sequel

"Wall-E" won't be getting a sequel treatment, insisted the animated movie's writer/director Andrew Stanton. Sharing out what he has in mind of the sequel issue, the 43-year-old filmmaker tells MTV News, "Personally, I never consider sequels. I think that takes a lot of hubris to think that your idea is going to live on and on, and I always love the idea of something just being contained and done."

Explaining the reason behind why he is not going to make the sequel for the robot romance film, Stanton points out on the working process of "Wall-E", "We work on these things for so long, that we have a hard time simply thinking that the [first] film is ever going to be done." The director of "Finding Nemo" further adds, "I'm not against sequels, and I've certainly experienced personally and seen secondhand great sequels, but I don't go in with that intent."

Investigation Underway, Michael Phelps Facing Possible Drug Charges

Authorities in Columbia, S.C. are doing an investigation in relation to the picture of Michael Phelps smoking marijuana from a bong. In a statement which was made public on Tuesday, February 3, Sheriff Leon Lott Jr. confirmed that due to the on-going investigation, the record-breaking Olympian swimmer is facing possible drug charges.

"If someone breaks the law in Richland County, we have an obligation as law enforcement to investigate and to bring charges," the statement read. "The Richland County Sheriff's Department is making an effort to determine if Mr. Phelps broke the law. If he did, he will be charged in the same manner as anyone else. The Sheriff has a responsibility to be fair, to enforce the law and to not turn a blind eye because someone is a celebrity."

A noir-like promo has been outed by FOX for the arrival of "Dollhouse" and the return of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles". Both series will take impact back to back on Fridays, starting February 13 at 8/7c.

"Dollhouse" comes from the hands of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" creator Joss Whedon who had a talk with the series' star Eliza Dushku about a new action drama show. It centers on Echo who is an "Active," a member of a highly illegal and underground group of individuals who have had their personalities wiped clean so they can be imprinted with any number of new personas.

Shenron Spotted in 'Dragonball Evolution' Japanese TV Spot

Following the outing of its French trailer, a new Japanese TV spot of "Dragonball Evolution" has been found. Around half-a-minute long, the snippet gives out many fresh footage, exposing more on the explosive battle between Goku and Piccolo. In addition to that, the spot also displays for the first time the dragon, Shenron.

On other "Dragonball Evolution" news, Ariel Velasco Shaw has addressed the execution of "Kame Hame Ha" seen in the previous trailer. "The one handed ki blast was just a shadow crane strike," the visual effects supervisor explained to DbtheMovie when asked whether it is the actual "Kame Hame Ha" or merely a "Ki" blast. "Goku has a limited arsenal of energy blasts that culminates in a Kame Hame Ha. Roshi's arsenal is more powerful than Goku's, and Piccolo has many types of energy blasts that culminates in a Spirit Bomb. I gotta say, the energy fights are pretty cool."

Not yet obtaining her driver's license, Selena Gomez has lent her celebrity status to do a public service announcement (PSA), aimed to promote the importance of safe driving habits which include not using cell phone while someone is behind the wheel. The PSA is done in partnership with State Farm Insurance.

"Don't do a thousand things in your car! In the car, just focus on what you need to be doing," so Selena told People while having a break shooting the reported PSA on Saturday, January 31. "I've almost been in wrecks because of people [using phones while driving]. I'll sit there and look at someone and go, 'Gosh! She completely almost ran into us,' then look at her and see she's on the phone."

Ten days to the U.S. theatrical release of "The Pink Panther 2", Columbia Pictures have thrown out a premiere event for the sequel to "The Pink Panther" in New York. Held at Ziegfeld Theater in New York on Tuesday, February 3, the studio gave a unique welcome to the attendees by bringing life-size cartoon character, The Pink Panther, to the pink carpet.

Several cast members seen coming to the special screening were Steve Martin, Aishwarya Rai, Andy Garcia, Emily Mortimer, Jean Reno, Yuki Matsuzaki, Armel Bellec and Jack Metzger. While Rai was accompanied by her husband Abhishek Bachchan and father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan, Martin arrived in-style driving the red-and-silver Smart Fortwo car used by Jacques Clouseau in the film.

Britney Spears and Her Parents Sued by Former Manager

Britney Spears' former manager Osama "Sam" Lutfi has filed a lawsuit on February 3 in Los Angeles against the singer and her parents for alleged libel and defamation. "Jamie and Lynne launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed to destroy Lutfi and drive him out of Britney's life," so the legal document read.

Saying that the legal action is done to "defend himself against Jamie's and Lynne's persistent attacks," Sam is also seeking compensation for breach of contract based on an oral contract he claims he and Britney forged in 2007 to serve her manager for four years and receive 15 percent of her earnings. He states the singer confirmed the contract in a text message.

Contrary to the circulating rumors, Mickey Rourke is not in talks for the villainous role of Crimson Dynamo in "Iron Man 2". Revealing the matter was "Iron Man" star Robert Downey Jr. in a recent interview with MTV News on the set of "Sherlock Holmes". "That's actually incorrect," claimed the 43-year-old when asked about the casting speculations.

Questioned further whether Rourke is up for the role of Whiplash instead of Crimson Dynamo, the actor who recently received an Academy Award-nomination for his performance in "Tropic Thunder" stated, "I can neither confirm nor deny that." Italy Shooting Details of 'New Moon'

In line to what Kristen Stewart had said earlier, some parts of "New Moon" will be filmed in Italy. Giving further details on the production in this particular European country, Variety reported that the sequel of "Twilight" will be shot in an ancient town in Tuscany region called Volterra.

The trade further explained that the shooting in Italy will be done for two weeks in May, two months after the principal photography begins in Vancouver in March. The town of Volterra itself, in the Stephenie Meyer's second novel of her "Twilight" series, has been described as the place where the powerful Volturi vampire coven reside.

Bobby Brown and his girlfriend of two years, Alicia Etheridge, are expecting their first child. The singer's agent, Ravi Dabiesingh, exclusively confirms to US Weekly, "Yes, Bobby is expecting his fifth child from Alicia."

Ravi further tells US Weekly, "There aren't too many details out there right now, but we do know he is very excited, as Bobby is big on family. The sex of the baby is not known yet, and we can confirm she is four months along." Alicia, meanwhile, is expected to give birth to the baby she is carrying in July.

Chris Cornell's New Single 'Take Me Alive' Feat. Justin Timberlake

Chris Cornell's brand new track called "Take Me Alive", which features Justin Timberlake, has just arrived. Produced by Timbaland, the song, which is co-written by Justin, will be included in Chris' upcoming third solo studio album "Scream".

"Scream" is expected to arrive in U.S. market sometime in early March. Marking Chris Cornell's new direction from rock sounds to more pop and urban jams, the effort also lines up Timbaland as a featured guest in addition to signing the rapper as the album's producer.
