well at the ending of the movie the song i loved it, it played perfect with the movie i just wanted to know the name of the song and who it is by

the song at the end of the movie was very beautiful, i would love if someone would tell us what was the namr and artist to it. besides that the movie was very well written, and acted out on camera magnificant. I would love nothing more than to get it on DVD.
