Ip Man 4: The Finale is an upcoming 2019 Chinese martial arts film directed by Wilson Yip and starring Donnie Yen in the title role. It is the fourth and final installment in the Ip Man film series. The film is set in the 1960s and follows Ip Man as he travels to the United States to visit his student, Bruce Lee. While in the US, Ip Man encounters racial discrimination and must fight to protect his dignity and his legacy. The film was released in China on December 20, 2019, and is scheduled to be released worldwide in 2020.
