St. Agatha is a 1981 English-language Italian horror film directed by Anneka di Lorenzo and starring Patrizia Piccinini, Serena Grandi, and Stefano Madia. The film follows a young woman who is brutally attacked and has her tongue cut out. She is then pursued by a group of sadistic nuns who are determined to silence her.
