The Passage is an upcoming American drama television series based on the novel trilogy of the same name by Justin Cronin. The series was ordered by Fox in January 2018, and is set to premiere on January 17, 2019. The show follows the story of Amy Bellafonte, a young girl who is immune to a deadly virus that is turning people into vampires. She is taken under the wing of Dr. Leonard Carter, an epidemiologist who is trying to find a cure for the virus. The series also stars Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Justin Chatwin, and Sonequa Martin-Green.
