The Resident returns for its third season on Tuesday, September 24th, and FOX has released a preview of the premiere episode, "After the Fall." In the clip, Conrad Hawkins (Matt Czuchry) and Devon Pravesh (Manish Dayal) are seen treating a patient who has been injured in a car accident. The patient is in critical condition, and Conrad and Devon must work together to save his life. Meanwhile, Nic Nevin (Emily VanCamp) and Mina Okafor (Shaunette Renée Wilson) are dealing with the aftermath of a patient's death. The patient died during surgery, and Nic and Mina are both struggling to come to terms with what happened.
