A Prayer Before Dawn (Trailer 2) is a 2017 biographical sports drama film directed by Jean-Stéphane Sauvaire, from a screenplay by Jonathan Hirschbein and Nick Saltrese, based on Billy Moore's 2011 memoir of the same name. The film stars Joe Cole as Billy Moore, a young English boxer who is sentenced to a Thai prison and must fight for survival. The film had its world premiere at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival in the Un Certain Regard section.
