Black Lightning kicks off its second season with a bang in the first trailer for the upcoming episode, "And Then the Devil Brought the Plague: The Book of Green Light." The trailer gives us our first glimpse at the show's new villain, Tobias Whale (Marvin "Krondon" Jones III). Whale is a powerful crime boss who is determined to take down Black Lightning (Cress Williams). The trailer also shows us more of the show's other characters, including Jefferson Pierce (Williams), Anissa Pierce (Nafessa Williams), and Jennifer Pierce (China Anne McClain). The episode is set to air on Tuesday, October 9th on The CW.
