The Magicians 3.05 (Preview) is the fifth episode of the third season of the television series The Magicians. The episode is scheduled to air on Syfy on Wednesday, January 24, 2018. The official synopsis for the episode is: "After a shocking revelation, Quentin, Margo and Eliot set out on a mission to find Ember Island, a place that could help them defeat the Beast. Meanwhile, Julia and Alice work together to find a way to break the spell that is holding Penny captive. Josh and Kady attempt to track down a missing magical artifact. And in the present, Quentin and Julia are forced to face their feelings for each other."
