Season 8 of the Emmy-nominated Showtime series "Shameless" is set to premiere on November 5th and the network has now released the first teaser for the upcoming season. The 2 minute and 30 second teaser titled "Middle Finger" features the Gallagher clan and their friends giving the middle finger to the camera while a slew of rock 'n' roll music plays in the background.
