War Machine Trailer 2

"War Machine" is an upcoming American biographical war film directed by David Michôd and based on the book "The Operators: The Wild and Terrifying Inside Story of America's War in Afghanistan" by Michael Hastings. The film stars Brad Pitt as General Stanley McChrystal, a four-star general who commanded US and NATO forces in Afghanistan from 2009 to 2010. The film follows McChrystal's rise to power and his subsequent downfall, after he was fired by President Barack Obama in 2010. The first trailer for the film was released on June 20, 2017, and the film is scheduled to be released on May 26, 2018.
