In this preview for "Moonshot," the fourteenth episode of The CW's DC's Legends of Tomorrow second season, the Legends find themselves in the midst of an international scientific race. The team must travel back in time to 1969 to prevent the Soviets from winning the moon race and changing the course of history forever. Along the way, they encounter Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and other historical figures. Led by Captain Rip Hunter, the Legends must work together to ensure that the United States wins the race to the moon and preserve the timeline.
